I never decorated a Christmas tree until my son turned three. That year, I wanted him to truly feel the magic of the season—to grow up with the same warmth I felt watching my own mum decorate our tree each year. I chose a candy cane theme, thinking it would be fun and festive for a young child.

At the time, candy cane decorations weren’t easy to find, so I created many of the pieces myself—lots of DIY baubles, bows, and accents. I shared the process on YouTube, and to my surprise, it caught people’s attention. I became so excited to improve the design year after year. Eventually, friends began noticing and encouraging me to help decorate their homes too.

What started as a sweet memory for my son became the beginning of my journey—and today, this signature candy cane look still brings me joy. It’s the design that started it all and inspired the full-packed Christmas decorating service I now offer with love and pride.
